How to Utilize Backdrop
Backdrop gives rights holders the ability to upload animated artwork / video assets for any song (in place of static artwork when an official music video doesn't exist or if there's a more preferential asset to use for a Feels Music Message than the existing music video).
1. Select the Song
Select the artist & song for which you want to add a Backdrop.
2. Select ‘Modify Backdrop’
Once on the artist's song page, you will see the button for 'Modify Backdrop'.
3. Upload a Backdrop Video
Click this button, and you will see the following screen (to the right) which will allow you to upload your preferred content for the song's Backdrop (by clicking the 'Upload Video' button). This will allow you to directly load content you have saved in your personal database (should not exceed 15 seconds and will be played on a loop).
4. View live Backdrop!
Once uploaded, the new Backdrop will be live! If you wish to modify it again, just repeat the steps outlined above.
