How to Hide a Song
As a Rights Holder, you have control over how your content appears and is used in the app.
What does "Hiding a song" do?
Hiding a song completely hides it from users in the app — it won’t show up in search results, collections, or anywhere else. You can toggle it back to visible at any time, which will also make its associated published Feels visible again in the app.
To permanently delete a song, submit the “Disassociate Content” section of the Reporting Feature on FAST. In the meantime, while you wait for your request to be reviewed, you can hide the song.
What happens to Feels connected to it?
All Feels made from that song will also be hidden.
Users won’t be able to see or access those Feels, even through shared links.
Please note: Hiding songs may be a confusing experience for users, as they will no longer be able to view Feels that they saved for your hidden song.
Steps to Hide / Show a Feels
Select a Song
Start by selecting (clicking on) a song either from the Songs tab or from the Songs section within an Artist’s Profile page.
Hide the Song
Click the More Options 3 dots drop-down menu in the upper right, and click the ‘Make Hidden’ button.
Show the Song
To make the song visible, simply click the ‘Make Visible’ button that now appears in the drop-down menu.
